Our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial

We built TissueReset™ for people who have already been disappointed by things that didn't work. So we made this simple: try it every day for 30 days. If it doesn't deliver a meaningful difference in your pain, your tension, or your mobility, contact us and we will refund you in full. No forms. No hoops. No awkward conversations.

How to Request a Refund

To start a return, email us at info@wellnessentials.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A brief description of how you used the product

A member of our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For customers in the contiguous United States, we will provide a prepaid return label upon request. There is no cost to you for returning the device.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, the device must be returned in its original packaging where possible. We understand this is a product you've been using daily — minor signs of use are expected and will not affect your refund. We do not require pristine condition. We require honest use.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2 business days of arrival at our warehouse), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed.

Items We Cannot Refund After 30 Days

After the 30-day window has passed, we are unable to issue refunds. All sales after the 30-day risk-free trial period are final.

Damaged Items

If your TissueReset™ device arrives damaged, contact info@wellnessentials.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Recovery Patches and Digital Guides

The free recovery patches and digital guide included with your kit are gifts and do not need to be returned. Used patches cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Digital guides, once delivered, are non-refundable as a standalone item.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your device for a different kit (Neck or Back) within the 30-day window. Email info@wellnessentials.co to arrange an exchange.
