Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. International shipping is available on request — please contact info@wellnessentials.co before placing an international order so we can confirm availability and provide an accurate shipping quote for your destination.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, with no minimum order value.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

International shipping rates vary by destination and are quoted directly upon request.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs holds, and high-volume periods (Black Friday, holiday season) can extend delivery times.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. International orders ship via USPS or DHL depending on destination.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, then contact info@wellnessentials.co.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look for a notice from the carrier
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. Email us at info@wellnessentials.co if the issue is not resolved within 48 hours

For packages that have not moved in tracking for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the package and contents before opening fully and email info@wellnessentials.co within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges levied by their destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Refusal of an international package due to customs charges does not entitle you to a refund of original shipping costs.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made before an order has shipped — once a tracking number is generated, the address is final.
