1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website wellnessentials.co ("the Site"), purchasing any product, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or purchase our products.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers, and constitute a legal agreement between you and Yield Brands LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as Wellnessentials ("Wellnessentials," "we," "us," or "our").

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product description or pricing, suspected fraud, or order quantities exceeding reasonable personal use.
If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment already received in full.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Shop Pay. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the listed amount to your selected payment method.
For installment payment options (Klarna, Shop Pay), separate terms from the payment provider also apply.

You waive any right to participate in a class action against us.
